I happened to fall into the retail construction and facilities industry in a past job back in 2013 and am happy with that decision. I pride myself on being an ethical cost conscious leader and building solid relationships both internally and externally. With over 11 years of combined experience in retail design and construction in high end pet specialty retail as well as grocery retail I feel that I have a diverse background of knowledge that helps me excel in the retail industry.

My peers would tell you that I’m highly professional. I care about the people I manage and will protect them to maintain high levels of professionalism. If a mistake is made, I learn from them to ensure it doesn’t happen again. I focus on the big picture to champion excellence daily. Value engineering and cutting costs while maintaining high quality standards are a primary focus of mine.

I love that every day is different, with new challenges and time-sensitive problems to resolve to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
