LIDL US, LLC: Senior Construction Manager Mar 2019 to Present
Project self-confidence, enthusiasm, and authority to direct the company’s construction program for the Greater NY metropolitan area region with 5 construction managers and 2 construction analysts. Focus on delivering best practices in project management and financial oversight regarding new and non-traditional builds. Coordinate bidding process of store design and construction. • Demonstrated innovation by introducing the Construction Project Management Handbook for the US to give a resource for new construction managers and 3rd party external construction managers regarding the entire Lidl process.
• Exhibited competent performance to orchestrate a 16-week construction schedule for non-standard builds and a 26-week construction schedule for a pad-ready group-up site.
• Led the talents of the Implementation Team regarding the new project management software launch of Procore.

Oversaw new stores for LL delivery to the grand opening. Formulated full-scale project plans and voiced project expectations to team members and stakeholders. Crafted, set, and maintained the store master countdown calendar for NSOs and remodels. Governed facilities for all 40+ locations while directing all store projects.
